To me that sounds like too little calories.
I ate 2500 calories total. I’m supposed to eat around 1600-1900. 1900 to maintain and 1600 to lose weight.
So I have to keep reminding myself that it’s ok that I went over by 900 calories today. I know it’ll help with losing a little more weight in the long run and that it was basically just a cheat day. ugh but seriously 900 calories
So today I realized that I was a runner, because I had to walk three blocks to get to the restaurant where I was meeting some friends, so I jogged and it just felt natural and easy.
I love lifting because it has helped me look at my body in a completely new way. I see it for what it can do instead of what it looks like. Lifting makes me feel strong and confident and proud of the body I live in. And that’s an amazing feeling.
I made my first protein shake/smoothie this morning. Strawberry, banana and peanut butter with vanilla protein powder. So yummy.
Do any have other suggestions for good protein shakes/smoothies?
